Recruitment process
We can offer EU employers the opportunity to access resources that are not always available locally, for example, skilled and experienced tradesman for reasonable wages or labor for heavy and unpopular jobs.
All the workers come from Lithuania to other EU country for a particular assignment of the client and therefore we do not normally provide temporary workers for very short periods i.e. 1-2 weeks. The advantage is that these workers do not treat the work as something temporary and therefore they are more reliable.
In most cases, the period between the client’s order and the start of assignment is not longer than two to three weeks and sometimes it is even shorter.
The level of the worker’s salary depends on the client’s decision. We look for people that agree to work for the pay offered by the client. We recommend that clients pay normal market rates. In most cases the savings to the employer come from the high quality of work, productivity, the capacity and devotion to work and the ability to work overtime.
